4. Intelligent Control System
To extend the service life of components, pressing the “Stop” button keeps the conveyor running while heaters shut off. The machine only powers down completely once the tunnel cools to a safe 70°C.
Features high-quality parts including Mean Well power supplies for stable DC voltage and ZONCN inverters for precise adjustment of fan and conveyor speeds.
Integrated Emergency Stop button, phase-loss protection, and a buzzer alarm provide immediate alerts for over-temperature or power supply faults.
