● Lack of Modern Conveying and Handling Adaptation:
The legacy equipment was not designed for modern product handling requirements, particularly for extra-long profiles. Limitations in the infeed and conveying system often resulted in product misalignment and collisions during transfer, making it difficult to achieve consistent, retail-ready packaging quality.
3. Constraints
● Product Requirements:
The product consists of extra-long extruded aluminum profiles, typically over 2.0 meters in length. The packaging system must support continuous-length operation without restriction, while maintaining a compact layout that can be integrated into existing production lines.
● Film Requirements:
The packaging system must support POF flat film as the primary consumable, with seamless integration of automatic film folding and sealing to ensure stable and consistent packaging performance.
● Regulatory Requirements:
The installation is subject to strict local machinery safety regulations, requiring compliance with operator protection standards and the use of a localized HMI interface to ensure safe and efficient operation.
4. Solution Architecture
The client selected the side sealer (TY-350T) Full Servo System based on specific logic and configuration requirements.

Customized Configuration Logic:
- 2.0m Front-end Buffer Line + 2.2m Speed Roller Line: This utilizes asynchronous speed control (buffering logic) to ensure long products are fully sealed before entering the tunnel, eliminating air bubbles caused by excessive product length.
- Customized Film Folding System: Through a specially designed triangle plate and film-pressing roller structure, the system converts inexpensive flat film into a packaging bag on-site, solving the 20% cost issue at the source.

A fully localized HMI interface and detailed operation manuals ensure ease of use for local operators. In addition, structured training videos are provided to support on-site machine operation and maintenance.
