The TY-5030 Shrink Wrap Tunnel Machine features Schneider, Omron, and Mean Well components for durability. Nine 1800W stainless steel heating tubes ensure fast, consistent shrinking. With a spacious tunnel (L1600xW500xH300 mm) and ≤19KW 3-phase 380VAC power, it’s energy-efficient and versatile for food and retail packaging.

Advanced Constant Temperature Control
– Equipped with an Omron temperature controller, the TY-5030 ensures precise and stable heat distribution throughout the shrinking process. This feature guarantees uniform shrinking, preventing film damage and ensuring a professional finish for various products.

Powerful Lower Airflow System
– The 1500W high-temperature resistant centrifugal fan motor facilitates a robust lower airflow system (“Lower Transport Wind”). This design ensures even heat circulation from the bottom, ideal for consistent shrinking across different product sizes and shapes.

Robust Conveyor System
– The conveyor is driven by a 200W Zhongda motor and uses galvanized steel rollers coated with high-temperature resistant silicone tubes, capable of supporting up to 20 kg. This ensures smooth and reliable transport of products through the tunnel, even under heavy loads.

The film surface remains flat, undamaged, and evenly shrunk.
