The semi-automatic model TY-P500 is a great option for customers who do not require a fully automatic sleeve wrapper and have a lower budget.

The semi-automatic sleeve wrapper, TY-P500 does not have an automatic product conveyor like the fully automatic version, and bottles need to be manually placed onto the machine.

The semi-automatic sleeve wrapper, TY-P500, also does not have an automatic bottle grouping device. Bottles must be manually arranged in groups of 4 or 6,8,10, etc, and set onto the machine.

This design gives this sleeve wrapper the versatility to adjust to many different packaging needs.

Tengyi automatic L-bar sealers use the L-bar sealing method to completely enclose bottles within center-folded POF film. After sealing, the bottles are conveyed into the heated shrink tunnel.

The entry-level automatic L-bar shrink wrap machine TY-5545L can seal approximately 30 bottles per minute.

Depending on the bottle size, the automatic L Bar sealer with heat tunnel can process 30-40 bottles per minute, speeding up your production significantly.
