Packaging Process Flow

  1. Simultaneous Box Feeding & Bag Making
    – The lifting conveyor loads boxes while the bag-forming unit creates bags in sync, all coordinated by the PLC.

  2. Product Insertion
    – Machine auto-feeds boxes into bags.

  3. Heat Sealing & Cutting
    – Hot blade seals and cuts the bag.

  4. Corner Sealing
    – Machine cuts and seals all four film corners automatically.

  5. Shrink Wrapping
    – Products pass through a heat-shrink tunnel.

  6. Discharge
    – Finished shrink-wrapped products exit the line.

Film Supply Guidelines

 

  • Film Type: Double-layer, cross-linked POF (0.019 mm thickness)

  • Film Width: Product height + product length + 60–80 mm

  • Roll Dimensions: Inner diameter 76 mm; outer diameter < 250 mm

  • Quality Requirement: Use only the specified shrink film to ensure consistent performance.

TY480 Shrink-Wrapped Box Quality Criteria

  • All six flat faces must be smooth and scratch-free, with no scuff marks on the twelve edges or around the eight top corners.
  •  The seal line must be straight. Measured against a horizontal reference, any tilt should be ≤1.5°, and the seal must sit within ±3 mm of the box’s mid-height.
  •  No “stringing” or pulled film is allowed at any seal or cut line.
  • Corner-seal positions must align with the corresponding edges on the height axis; deviation ≤3 mm.
  • Vent holes made during shrinking must be <0.1 mm micro-vents—clean, neat, and effective for water- and dust-proofing.
  •  The seal must withstand at least 2.5 kgf of tear-resistance without breaking.
