Main Components of the TY-ZG500 Automatic Case Sealer
Adaptable Use: Designed for automatic carton folding and sealing, it can work stand alone or as part of your existing production line. This machine automatically folds the cartons’ top flaps, then efficiently seals both the top and bottom with “I”-tape in one quick pass.
Manual Adjustments: You will simply need to adjust the machine’s width and height manually when different carton sizes require using the machine.
Convenient Working Height: The standard work table height is 600mm which is easy for feeding cartons
Reliable Transport: The machine includes two side belt drive systems for reliable and consistent carton transporting.
Dependable Tape Applicator: The tape applicators are a sturdy, precise structure operates very smoothly and provides long service life.
Custom Configurations Available: In addition to our standard configurations, we are happy to provide custom configurations for non-standard cartons.
